La Parrilla which means «The Grill» in Spanish, is a South American gourmet take out restaurant in Ipswich. We offer a great selection of grilled meats slow cooked asado, wings, burgers, ribs plus more all served with traditional latin sides and salsas. Its always best to call and place your order as we do gourmet food cooked to order just like in a restaurant.
The La Parrilla food truck started in May 2018, since then we have been smashing out quality South American BBQ all around Brisbane, Ipswich and at times the gold coast and Sunshine Coast regions. The Food truck run by co owner Carolina offers a delicious selection of char grilled and slow cooked meats with your traditional latin sides and salsas.
Our catering packages range from a la carte service, buffets, gourmet platters, canapes and delicious desserts. We are very flexible with menu options and always cater to dietary requirements.
